Internship – from A to Z
How do we do internships?
Stupid Studio is a certified B Corp, and we firmly believe in the transformative power of design and using business as a force for good. During your internship with us, we hope you’ll get a feel for our design approach, which is about much more than just looks – it’s about making a positive difference for the three Cs: communities, culture and children.
Commitment and growth
If our internship methodology seems a little rigorous, don’t fret! It's just that in our experience, a solid foundation is key to a great learning journey for both you and our team. Trust, empathy, and commitment are at the heart of everything we do to help you grow.
Why us?
At Stupid Studio, we're not just offering an internship; we're offering an opportunity to be a part of a vibrant, creative, and supportive team. You'll be a valued member of our studio, contributing to innovative projects and learning from the best in the industry.
Our internship is all about learning together. To support you, you’ll have two assigned buddies to help you along the way.
01 – Work Buddy
This buddy will help you out with work tasks, projects, and technical aspects of the internship.
02 – Social Buddy
This buddy will help you settle in, answer everyday questions, and offer friendly support around the workplace.
Ownership of learning
Together we set clear goals for your internship, and empower you to take charge of your own learning and growth.

What does the internship journey look like?
Our internship is built around three essential components:
01 – Setting goals
Setting clear goals for your internship makes a huge difference! We’ll help you figure out what you want to achieve and make sure your time here aligns with your ambitions.
02 – Planning
With a detailed timeline and step-by-step guide for your internship, everyone – including you - knows exactly what to do.
03 – Effective feedback and evaluation
Mastering feedback and evaluating processes is crucial for great design. We provide tools to help you grow and develop throughout your internship.
During your internship, we’ll schedule regular sessions to encourage open communication, continuous improvement, and mutual support.
